Description

This is what we love to do and this is why we love to do it.

Complete transformation of an original 1950’s Queenslander in Earlville.

Sitting on a generous 930m2 block this true blue original traditional Queenslander was always going to bloom.

From a small 3 bed, 1 bathroom home with blocked in tiny kitchen and lounge area to open flowing 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom paradise. The removal of all internal walls and the addition of a formal dining area allowed for a complete overhaul of the kitchen and lounge. Now proudly boasting a huge modern kitchen with maximum storage flowing seamlessly into the lounge and formal dining areas.

The extension was designed around the existing house structure and location. Leaving it at the original height and adding a two storey extension meant the owners could keep the extra storage space underneath the house whilst also maximising the use of the block and existing features.

This extension at the back of the existing house allowed for the addition of a huge main bedroom with luxurious ensuite and separate office area. Internal stairs connect the existing house with the new ground extension featuring a huge rumpus room with bathroom, outdoor entertaining area with built in kitchen and a large functional laundry.

This Queenslander has definitely made it into the 21st century.
